- If you have an issue with your Zendesk login, you will not be able to submit a ticket through Zendesk obviously.
- If for some reason you are not able to log in and create a ticket, you can email BizTec Support <support@jitasa.zendesk.com> directly to create a ticket.
- This article is viewable even without a login (most articles require you to be logged in to view).
- As long as you are sending the email request from your @jitasagroup.com email, it will be accepted and processed as a ticket through Zendesk.
