New Employee - How to Setup and Enroll Computer

This article will guide you through signing in to your computer for the first time so you can connect to BizTec and automatically install all required company applications.

⚠️ During the initial setup, we recommend connecting your computer directly to an Ethernet cable to ensure a stable internet connection.

Follow the steps below to complete your setup:

Once setup begins, your computer will automatically start installing the required Jitasa applications.

If the applications do not appear after a few minutes, check your notifications for any messages related to your work or school account. To resolve these, review the instructions in this article .

Please allow 15–30 minutes for all applications to install. Keep your computer powered on and connected during this process. Once installation is complete, restart your computer, check for Windows Updates, and install any available updates. Finally, meet with your onboarder to confirm if any additional applications are needed.
