QBO Payments is a payment-processing service from QuickBooks that lets businesses accept customer payments directly within the QuickBooks ecosystem.
How it works
Businesses apply for a merchant account, get approved, and link it to their QuickBooks Online company. Once set up, they can:
Send invoices that customers can pay online using credit or debit cards, ACH bank transfers, or digital wallets like Apple Pay, PayPal, or Venmo.
Accept in-person payments through card readers or mobile devices.
Have payments automatically deposited into their chosen bank account, with all transactions recorded in QuickBooks for easy reconciliation.
Benefits
Seamless integration between invoicing, payments, and accounting.
Multiple payment methods make it easier for customers to pay.
Real-time tracking of invoices and payment status.
