Equipment you will receive on your first day in Thailand

Welcome to Jitasa. The following equipment will be issued to you on your first day in our Thailand office. Please verify that all components are present and in good condition. If anything is missing or defective, open a ticket with BizTec under the Hardware category.

Laptop

Dell Pro 16 Plus, preconfigured with Windows 11 Pro and company security settings. Includes laptop charger.

Monitor (one unit)

LG 22MR410 21.5" external monitor. Includes stand.

Note: Thailand day-one kit includes one monitor.

Mouse and keyboard

Dell wired keyboard, and either a Dell wireless mouseor a wired mouse (depending on first-day choice and stock availability).

Mouse options:

Headset

Logitech H390 USB Computer Headset with noise-canceling microphone.

HDMI cable

One HDMI cable for the external monitor.

Laptop stand

EAKER BC02 laptop stand.

Office & probation policy

This is the first-day set, and it will remain in the office. New hires work on-site 5 days a week during probation.
After 3 months (upon successfully passing probation), the employee will receive another set of equipment (except the laptop) to take home and begin a hybrid schedule.

How to connect your equipment

Connect power first, then the display, then USB accessories.

Laptop power adapter
HDMI cable for the monitor
Keyboard (USB)
Mouse (USB receiver for wireless, or USB cable for wired)
Place the laptop on the EAKER BC02 stand and adjust the monitor height/tilt
